Senior Data Analyst / Data Manager - High-Growth Consumer Subscription Business

Orpington (Hybrid - 3 days in office) | £75,000 DOE | High-Impact Role

A fast-scaling, consumer-facing subscription business is seeking a Senior Data Analyst / Data Manager to take full ownership of its data operations during a period of rapid expansion. Operating at the intersection of entertainment, competitions, and e-commerce, the company offers free-to-enter prize draws and exclusive subscriber rewards - including VIP experiences and monthly benefits.

After significant growth in 2024 (headcount increased 5x), the business is preparing for international expansion and requires a dedicated, commercially-minded data lead to build scalable systems, deliver insights, and support decision-making across all teams.

The Role:

1. Build and manage the company's data warehouse and ETL processes
2. Develop and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio; conduct analysis in SQL
3. Provide actionable insights to marketing, product, and leadership teams
4. Prioritise incoming data requests and deliver timely solutions
5. Own data governance, quality audits, and the development of long-term strategy
6. Report directly to the founder and be a key part of the leadership team

What They're Looking For:

• 3+ years in data analytics roles (ideally within e-commerce, gaming, or digital subscriptions)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Looker Studio or similar BI tools
• Product Analytics and Experimentation experience
• Proven experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines and data infrastructure
• Commercially driven with a track record of using data to drive business value
• Adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Location: Orpington (3 days per week in the office required)

Sector experience in e-commerce, betting, or digital consumer products is highly valued

Preference for candidates with stable employment history and strong stakeholder communication skills
