Job Description:

This is an opportunity for a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join a new and growing company working on Analog AI accelerator projects which utilize analog processing-in-memory to expedite neural network workloads.

Key Responsibilities will include:

1. Design of RRAM-based computational memory arrays and sub-arrays.
2. Collaborate with system-level architects to ensure specifications are met.
3. Create high-performance abstract models of memory arrays with system architects and mixed-signal modelers.
4. Stay updated on recent advances in compute-in-memory AI acceleration and apply relevant findings.
5. Manage relations with external partners supplying memory technologies for optimal collaboration and integration.

The ideal candidate will have experience with at least one type of memory used for analog storage, preferably RRAM, including its use as a multi-level bitcell and in crossbar arrays for computation. Candidates without memory experience but interested in the area will also be considered.

Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for effective interfacing with system architects, modelers, and partners. A degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
