Gradient Labs aims to redefine customer support for the next decade by building a suite of LLM-based autonomous agents that automate support queries in complex, high-risk environments, offering companies visibility and control over the outcomes.
We select technologies that enable resilient systems and quick iteration, including familiar tools like Go and PostgreSQL, and strategic choices like Temporal and Encore. Our backend is on Google Cloud Platform; our frontend uses Next.js on Vercel. We currently utilize LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, with plans to expand to multiple models.
