The Harley Street Clinic in London is seeking a Senior Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetics to join the Theatre team. The role delivers safe, patient-centred perioperative care across complex procedures, with on-call commitments and a fast-paced environment.

You will lead anaesthetic care, prepare patients for procedures, and support the wider surgical team while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with Consultants within a high-standard clinical setting.

Qualificações

• Significant number of years dedicated anaesthetics experience.
• Current NMC or HCPC registration.
• Recognised Anaesthetics Course/Qualification.
• Strong commitment to patient and staff safety, consistently upholding best practice and safe-working principles.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with Consultants and the wider multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based anaesthetic care with safe perioperative support.
• Lead assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of anaesthetic and perioperative care.
• Prepare patients for anaesthesia and operative procedures and support the theatre team.
• Mentor colleagues and promote a positive team culture for continuous improvement.
