We are seeking a highly organised and strategic Senior Amazon PPC Manager with deep hands-on experience managing complex Amazon Advertising accounts end-to-end. You will own strategy, execution, optimisation, and client communication for multiple accounts, while also contributing to team growth and process innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

  • Own full PPC funnel: keyword research, campaign structure, bid strategy, and ongoing optimisation.
  • Analyse performance data and market trends to drive actionable insights.

Client Management

  • Lead onboarding of new clients, including PPC audits and account diagnostics.
  • Present strategies, results, and growth plans with clarity and confidence.

Innovation & Growth

  • Develop and test cutting-edge strategies using new ad types and beta tools.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across marketplaces and service lines.

Internal Leadership

  • Contribute to SOP development and cross-functional projects.
  • Mentor junior team members and support hiring decisions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Advertising accounts, ideally in an agency or multi-brand setting
  • Proven track record of scaling accounts profitably across different categories
  • Strong understanding of Amazon’s ad ecosystem and how it integrates with brand strategy
  • Confident in data analysis, bid optimisation, bulk file use, and third-party tools
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset
  • Organised, proactive, and accountable — you thrive with ownership and autonom
  • Bonus: experience with DSP, international marketplaces, or TikTok Shop ads

Salary

Starting salary of £40,000 – £48,000 per annum.

Hours

Hours of work – full time position in office, following UK office hours, Monday to Friday.
