Job summary

Infosys in London seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (AI-Native) to anchor AI programs, define technical vision, and deliver end-to-end engineering transformations using LLMs, agentic systems, and intelligent IDEs.

You will lead cross-functional teams across regions, shape roadmaps, ensure reliability and safety, and drive executive engagement while maintaining a strong focus on value delivery and scalable accelerators.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive software engineering; 5+ years leading AI-native solutions at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on with LLMs and agentic frameworks; design and deploy AI systems that augment SDLC.
• Architecture & Integration: distributed systems, cloud-native, secure API design.
• MLOps/AIOps: CI/CD for AI, model lifecycle, guardrails, telemetry.
• DevSec & Responsible AI: privacy-by-design and auditability.
• Languages: Python plus Java/TypeScript/Go; Docker/K8s.

Responsibilities

• Define solution strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for multi-region AI programs.
• Lead workshops on AI-enabled engineering and prompt ops.
• Architect AI integrations across APIs, pipelines, and enterprise toolchains.
• Govern delivery with executives and stakeholders.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams and accelerators.
