Job summary

Quadmark is seeking an AI Technical Solutions Lead to serve as the technical authority for AI work, turning ambitious client ideas into credible solutions and ensuring AI programmes are accurate and effective. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of AI, client consulting and technical enablement, requiring both senior client-facing communication and practical work with APIs, prototypes and demos.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building, testing and troubleshooting AI tools or applications.
• Strong understanding of large language models, foundations models, data flows and multimodality.
• Experience with AI patterns: RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with agentic systems, workflows, orchestration and MCP.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, safety, guardrails and human-in-the-loop approaches.
• Advisory or solutions engineering experience explaining AI tool choices to clients.
• Strong client-facing experience with senior technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear language for varied audiences.
• Strong problem decomposition of vague briefs into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted AI technical advisor to clients and internal teams.
• Build and test lightweight prototypes, labs and simulations to validate ideas.
• Work with AI models, APIs and developer tools to test practical viability.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable briefs for diverse audiences.
• Advise on AI tools and approaches for different client needs and trade-offs.
• Identify misalignments between client expectations and technical reality and address them constructively.
• Review technical content and demonstrations for accuracy before learners.
• Brief and support facilitators on AI concepts and anticipated questions.
• Keep pace with developments in AI tools and implementation practices.
