Job summary

Plentific, based in London, is hiring a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to automate repetitive work, improve output quality, and shorten cycles across teams. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and product managers to build AI-powered workflows and integrations.

In this hybrid role, you’ll blend software engineering with advisory responsibilities, helping non-technical colleagues become confident users of AI while shaping internal AI adoption in the coming years.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience shipping production AI or automation solutions with non-technical users.
• Hands-on fluency in low-code automation and integration platforms such as n8n, Tray.io, Workato, or Zapier, and in agentic patterns using LLM APIs.
• Confident coding in Python and TypeScript, building REST/webhook integrations, testing APIs, and using version control/CI/CD.
• Familiarity with SaaS stack: ERP (NetSuite or similar), CRM, finance tooling, marketing automation, and related integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and debug prompts with engineers.
• Proven track record of internal enablement to raise AI/tool adoption.
• Sound judgement on data access, privacy, RBAC, and security of autonomous AI.

Responsibilities

• Identify workflows and bottlenecks with business teams and prioritize AI opportunities.
• Design and deliver AI/automation solutions with robust logging, retries, monitoring, and guardrails.
• Integrate with key systems like Slack, Google Workspace, CRM, ERP, and client APIs.
• Prototype quickly, validate with users, and productionise value-driven solutions.
• Document solutions for maintenance, handover, or extension.
• Coordinate with product managers when automation touches platform systems or APIs.
• Drive adoption through training, workshops, and office-hours to raise AI literacy.
