Job summary

Meltwater Group is seeking a Success Architect to join the Solutions Consulting team in London. You will design how MCP and LLM platforms leverage Meltwater data, setting the technical foundation for successful adoption.

With 5+ years in senior customer-facing roles, you will build skills and repeatable workflows, translating business needs into technical setups and guiding large, complex accounts through phased implementation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions consulting, product specialist, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Hands-on fluency with LLM platforms and agentic tooling, not just prompting.
• Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or comparable connector architectures.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business workflows and technical setups.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers from implementation to design how MCP and LLM platforms use Meltwater data.
• Help customers build skills, agents, and repeatable workflows turning data into reports and briefs.
• Develop best practices for combining Meltwater data with other datasets in LLM environments.
