Job summary

Meltwater is seeking a Success Architect to join the Solutions Consulting team in London. You will own a post-sales discipline, guiding sophisticated customers in turning Meltwater data into reports, briefs, and decisions using LLM platforms.

This role is hands-on from implementation through account lifecycle, shaping how customers leverage AI responsibly. You'll partner with customers to design workflows, build skills and agents, and share best practices for combining Meltwater data with other

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, product specialist, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Hands-on fluency with LLM platforms and agentic tooling, including building and structuring custom skills or agents.
• Working understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or comparable connector architectures and data flows from a platform into an LLM environment.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business workflows and translate business needs into technical setups.
• Experience supporting large, complex, or enterprise-scale accounts with phased implementations.
• Genuine curiosity about AI directions, evidenced by proactive use of these tools.
• Strong cross-functional instincts and ability to work with CS, Account Management, and Implementation teams without rigid handoffs.
• Excellent communication skills with technical stakeholders and senior business decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers from implementation onward to design how they'll use MCP and LLM platforms with Meltwater data.
• Help customers build skills, agents, and repeatable workflows turning data into actionable outputs.
• Develop best practices for combining Meltwater data with other datasets in LLM environments; provide guidance on structuring, prompting, and data hygiene.
• Serve as the primary contact for the outside-the-product experience alongside CS, Account Management, and Implementation.
• Stay current on AI landscape and translate new developments into practical guidance for customers.
• Identify friction points and turn them into scalable enablement materials and playbooks.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Represent customer voice to Product and Solutions Consulting leadership.
