Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering production‑grade software.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot and React.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Familiar with cloud‑native architectures and CI/CD.
• Ability to apply AI coding tools responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Build, test and maintain APIs, services, integrations, customer journeys and platform capabilities.
• Translate requirements and designs into high‑quality software implementations.
• Use AI coding agents to support implementation while validating outputs.
• Review AI-generated and human‑written code and artefacts for correctness.
• Validate AI-generated code and tests before production adoption.
• Execute unit, integration and regression testing; contribute to pipelines and automation.
• Support incident investigation and operational improvement activities.
• Collaborate with leads, architects and product teams; mentor junior engineers.
