Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Product Leader to own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for AI-enabled COA selection and COA Accelerator capabilities. You will translate strategic concepts into practical product capabilities, define target users, workflows, and outputs, and partner with scientists, HEOR experts, and sponsors to deliver measurable value.

You will lead cross-functional delivery across AI/Data/Software Engineering, COA science, UX, security, and regulatory teams, while ensuring rigorous

Qualifications

Translate complex workflows into product requirements, user journeys, and delivery plans.
Strong stakeholder management with scientists, leaders, and clients.
Balance scientific rigor, user needs, and commercial value in regulated environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication; create executive materials, demos, and client explanations.
Experience with AI-enabled products, data science tools, or clinical decision-support is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, roadmap, prioritisation, and lifecycle management for AI-enabled COA selection and COA Accelerator capabilities.
Translate strategic concepts into practical product capabilities, user journeys, workflows, release milestones, and measurable success criteria.
Lead cross-functional delivery across AI Engineering, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, COA Science, UX, Security, Legal, Compliance, Commercial, and client-facing teams.
