Job summary

Dex is partnering with a London-based team building an integrated platform for landlords, handling formation, accounting, mortgages and property management. You will join a cross-functional product team in London and shape problems to solve, not just implement specs, with real ownership from concept to deployment.

You’ll work across a modern stack (React, Remix, TypeScript on the frontend; Golang on the backend) and embed AI as a first-class capability, defining what AI-native engineering looks

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a full-stack engineer on user-facing products.
• Ability to frame business problems and trade-offs beyond pure tech.
• Demonstrable experience using AI tools in development workflow, with prompting/reasoning.
• Track record mentoring engineers and contributing to team growth.
• Strong testing habits: unit, integration, and end-to-end automation.
