You will collaborate with Technical Leads and Software Architects, drive AI-assisted development adoption, mentor junior developers, and contribute to planning, releases, and technical direction across cross-functional teams, while upholding quality and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in software development and the SDLC, including API back-ends and UI front-end services.
• Experience integrating systems and collaborating across teams.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable code through analytical problem-solving.
• Experience mentoring Junior Software Developers.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools for code generation, review and completion.
• Knowledge of release management and quality control processes.
• Passion for technology, delivery and continuous improvement.
• Expertise in harnessing AI tooling to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining business-critical software systems.
• Guiding and supporting Junior Software Developers with technical tasks.
