Qualifications

• Proficiency in .Net, React, SQL and Python demonstrated in production systems.
• Analytical capability to interpret requirements, investigate issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Development of scalable, high‑quality full stack applications.
• Commitment to clean coding practices, continuous improvement and quality assurance.
• Ability to present complex technical information to stakeholders at all levels.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
• Experience embedding AI tools into development to improve speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient, robust and scalable code for new and existing applications.
• Design, test and implement new solutions in line with departmental standards.
• Maintain and improve existing systems to ensure high availability and low latency.
• Create and update technical documentation for coding and project development.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Collaborate effectively within the team and with senior management.
• Analyse requirements, investigate live system issues and contribute to solutions.
• Perform quality assurance reviews to support product owners and testing teams.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and proactively update management.
