You will collaborate with Technical Leads and Software Architects to deliver robust software, driving AI-assisted development practices and integration of AI where appropriate, while mentoring Junior Developers and contributing to planning, release management, and technical direction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in software development and SDLC, API back-ends and UI front-end services.
• Deep understanding of complex system architecture and integration across teams.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable code through analytics and problem-solving.
• Experience mentoring Junior Software Developers.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools for code completion, generation and review.
• Knowledge of release management and quality control processes.
• Passion for technology and continuous improvement.
• Ability to harness AI tooling to accelerate delivery and boost quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business-critical software systems.
• Guide and support Junior Software Developers with technical tasks.
