Job summary

SMBC Group in the UK is seeking an AI Platform Delivery Manager to lead enterprise AI initiatives across architecture, engineering, and governance. You will drive secure and efficient production delivery, aligning with AI governance and enterprise standards while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

The role requires strong delivery leadership, vendor and risk management, and experience with GenAI, cloud platforms, and governance in regulated environments. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technology platform, cloud, data or AI initiatives in regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, programme delivery and vendor management skills across multiple teams.
• Good understanding of AI, cloud platforms, governance, security and architecture; experience with Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI platform initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, budget and quality goals.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Security, Data and Governance teams to implement scalable AI capabilities.
• Manage delivery roadmaps, vendor engagement, stakeholder communications, risks, dependencies and readiness.
