Job summary

CreateFuture in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead and practice AI-native development. You will mentor engineers, champion AI-assisted development, and drive adoption of cutting-edge AI tools across teams.

You’ll work hands-on with tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Cline, Kiro and Cursor, shaping engineering practices while balancing architecture and product value. Flexible hybrid/remote options with global hubs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on coder who guides and influences peers.
• Experience building production software in .NET, Java, Python or similar.
• Deep, practical experience with multiple AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to rethink the development lifecycle and adopt new workflows.
• Enthusiastic about AI as a paradigm shift in software delivery.
• Strong communication with engineers and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Pioneer AI-first engineering practices and new workflows.
• Coach and mentor engineers; lead by example with pairing and reviews.
• Embed with teams to model best practices and solve problems using AI.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered development methodologies.
• Translate technical gains into product value for stakeholders.
