The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in software engineering, a solid understanding of AI's impact on development, and a strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Java. This role requires navigating complex client environments and transforming engineering practices effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a software engineer with strong production experience.
• Experience in a client-facing technical role like technical consulting.
• Strong proficiency in modern software engineering stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements to transform enterprise engineering.
• Design and implement AI native development workflows.
• Own the client technical relationship at senior leadership level.
