Job summary

Net World Sports Ltd is seeking an AI Graphic Designer to create high-quality designs across digital, marketplace, packaging and print channels. You will use generative AI to accelerate concepts while maintaining brand integrity for FORZA and Vermont.

You will lead projects, mentor junior designers, and help the team adopt AI responsibly, ensuring quality and copyright compliance across all outputs.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in graphic design or related field.
• Around 3+ years' experience as a graphic designer in e-commerce, retail, consumer brands or an agency.
• Delivering design projects from brief to finished artwork across digital and print.
• Guiding or mentoring other designers, or clear readiness to start.

Responsibilities

• Turn campaign and product briefs into visuals for websites, Amazon listings, social media, emails, packaging and POS.
• Lead design projects from brief to delivery, on time and on brief.
• Build and maintain brand consistency across FORZA and Vermont.
• Use generative AI to speed up concepts, image editing and asset variations.
• Provide constructive feedback to junior designers and support the team.
