Job summary

Net World Sports, Ltd. is seeking an AI Graphic Designer to produce high-quality designs for digital, marketplace, packaging and print, using generative AI to accelerate concepts and asset variations.

You will lead projects from brief to delivery, ensuring brand consistency for FORZA and Vermont, and mentor junior designers while promoting responsible AI use. A strong portfolio and 3+ years in ecommerce design are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in graphic design or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience as a graphic designer in e-commerce, retail, consumer brands or an agency.
• Delivering design projects from brief to finished artwork across digital and print.
• Guiding or mentoring other designers, or willingness to start.
• Excellent layout, typography and colour skills with a strong commercial portfolio.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools in design work.
• Awareness of brand, quality and copyright risks when using AI.
• Clear communicator, well organized and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Design delivery across websites, Amazon listings, social media, email, packaging and POS.
• Create visuals for landing pages and product content balancing impact with customer journey.
• Lead design projects from brief to delivery on time and to a high standard.
• Use research and feedback to improve designs.
• Prepare packaging and print artwork for suppliers, including CMYK/Pantone setup.
• Maintain brand consistency across FORZA and Vermont across channels.
• Explore AI tools to speed up concepts and asset variations.
