Intact Insurance leads a transformation in AI governance, defining standards, controls and strategic direction across the function. The role acts as the final escalation point for complex AI risk issues and guides enterprise-wide practices.

You will engage senior stakeholders, run governance forums, and drive risk assessments with a focus on ethics, data governance and model risk. Hybrid working supported.

• Deep subject-matter expertise in AI governance and risk.
• Ability to create new approaches and methodologies.
• Strong influencing and communication skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Defines AI governance standards, controls and assurance approaches.
• Leads governance forums and advises senior stakeholders on AI risk decisions.
• Oversees risk assessments for AI initiatives and ensures remediation.
• Builds capability through guidance, training and artefacts.
• Acts as authority for audits, regulatory requests and industry developments in AI governance.
