Job summary

Arrows in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior engineer to own the core infrastructure behind its AI product: reliable APIs, clean interfaces, and the kind of engineering that keeps a fast-growing product stable.

You will build features end-to-end from the database to the React component, and you will work directly with the company's agentic systems, consuming sub-agent outputs and building the APIs that route between them.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript and React production experience.
• Experience with AI tooling and agentic features is required.

Responsibilities

• Feature delivery end-to-end from database to frontend.
• Maintain and improve quality as the product evolves.
• Tackle ambiguous work and take ownership of issues.
• Build the agentic layer and APIs that consume sub-agent outputs.
• Use AI tooling daily to plan, write, review and ship faster.
