Job summary

Landytech invites an experienced Front-end Engineer to own the Sesame user experience end-to-end, shaping the client journey for investment professionals and advisors. You will craft dense, data-rich interfaces and contribute to a production design system in code, guiding patterns and accessibility.

You will work closely with product managers and engineers, applying AI-assisted development to define standards, read outputs critically, and ensure the product feels cohesive and trustworthy across

Qualifications

• 5+ years in front-end engineering, ideally React and TypeScript.
• Experience building and maintaining a design system in production.
• Data-dense interfaces at scale with virtualization and charting.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development and the specification skills described above.
• Willingness to work directly with users and own the experience, not just the implementation.
• Editor and enabler: reviewing others’ work and teaching.
• Genuine curiosity about finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-end experience layer for the most important interfaces.
• Contribute to the design system developed in code with the front-end team.
• Uphold look, feel and consistency across the product.
• Own the client journey for investment professionals and advisers.
• Craft dense financial interfaces with legible tables and precise numbers.
• Define standards and instructions for AI-generated interfaces and tighten rules.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers through practical exercises and reviews.
