You will liaise with Investment managers, family offices, and asset advisors to ensure operational, reporting, and analytics goals are met while adopting AI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in SaaS client success or related financial services roles.
• Strong understanding of investment products and portfolio analytics.
• Analytical thinker with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with wealth/asset management or FS consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and drive adoption across client portfolios.
• Manage governance, reviews, reporting, and health scoring.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support commercial partnership.
• Translate client needs into product enhancements and automation.
