Job summary

OneStream is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to drive AI initiatives within the OneStream platform. You will oversee the full lifecycle from requirements to implementation, shaping AI capabilities that improve performance and scalability across markets.

You will collaborate with Solution Engineering, AI Delivery, and Cloud Engineering, mentoring engineers and ensuring high-quality deliverables while promoting a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years building and deploying production ML solutions.
• 3–5 years Python experience.
• Proficiency in database schema design.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud computing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications and services using frontend and backend technologies.
• Design software subsystems and oversee project management and timely execution.
• Use Python and SQL to build AI systems and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and debug full-stack issues from UI to DB.
• Lead design sessions and mentor engineers.
