Qualifications

• Strong problem solver translating business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Hands-on, pragmatic Senior Engineer applying AI to real-world challenges.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade software and AI systems.
• Expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG and semantic search.
• Experience with .NET, Azure OpenAI, and cloud-native development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver AI-powered solutions using .NET, LLMs, and workflow automation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, production-ready applications.
• Advise on effective AI, ML, automation, or traditional software approaches.
• Promote reusable architectures and engineering standards across Aura's products.
• Collaborate with Product teams, engineers, SMEs, and stakeholders.
• Share knowledge and mentor colleagues to build AI capability.
