Formación

• Fluent in Claude Code, Codex, or similar agentic tooling.
• Shipped production LLM systems (RAG, prompting, agents).
• Strong numerical reasoning and quantitative analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Own parts of the Xapien pipeline end-to-end from prompt design to evaluation.
• Design evals to measure impact and drive improvements.
• Dig into failures, fix at the root and ship next iterations.
