Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced AI/Software Engineer to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications in production environments.

You will build solutions using LLMs, RAG, document processing and information extraction, and will partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, own the full lifecycle of AI products from proof of concept to production, and develop testing, monitoring, and hallucination-detection frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering or Machine Learning.
• Strong hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience building and deploying AI solutions into production environments.
• Commercial experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience developing end-to-end AI products and services.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including CI/CD and containerisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
