Job summary

Kinsworth is seeking exceptional AI engineers to help build and scale its AI-native financial intelligence platform. You will lead production AI/ML capabilities, combining language models with structured data and specialist models to deliver reliable software.

The role offers hands-on ownership from data prep through deployment, with strong emphasis on experimentation, observability and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Production AI/ML experience with solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with TypeScript or similar languages.
• Hands-on with modern ML/LLM systems, including evaluation and retrieval components.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and operate core AI capabilities within Kinsworth.
• Build and improve reasoning, knowledge and decision systems.
• Combine language models with structured data and specialist models.
• Design rigorous evaluations to measure quality and performance.
• Own capabilities from data prep to deployment and monitoring.
• Assess new research and apply where value is created.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to shape direction.
• Build secure, scalable AI-enabled systems for the platform.
