Job summary

Cloud Decisions is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Developer to join our growing team in the UK. You will deliver secure, production-ready AI applications across the Microsoft ecosystem, working with customers from concept through to deployment.

This role blends full-stack software engineering with AI tooling, including React/Node.js, Python/FastAPI, and Azure AI Foundry. Hybrid days in Reading or Manchester are supported, with up to £85,000 and flexibility for top candidates.

Job description

We’re working with a growing Microsoft Partner that is investing heavily in its AI capability, with a strong pipeline of live projects designing, building and deploying AI agents across the Microsoft ecosystem.

They’re looking for a hands‑on Senior AI Developer to join the team and help deliver secure, production‑ready AI applications for their customers.

This isn’t a pure ML or Data Science position. You’ll need a strong background in full‑stack software engineering, ideally across one or more of:

• React / Node.js
• Python / FastAPI

You’ll also have commercial experience working with technologies such as:

• Azure AI Foundry and Foundry Agents
• Cognitive Services
• RAG and agentic workflows

You’ll work directly with customers, turning business requirements into practical solutions and taking projects from initial concept through to production.

Beyond project delivery, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how the business approaches AI‑powered software development—creating reusable components, establishing best practices and helping build a new service line within the Microsoft Partner channel.

Previous experience within a Microsoft Partner, MSP or consultancy would be useful, but genuine hands‑on development experience is the priority.

Hybrid working from Reading or Manchester

Up to £85,000 initially, with flexibility for highly capable candidates
