Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs and generative AI models is required.

• Based in the UK or Europe; occasional travel to the US.

A seed-stage HealthTech start-up with backing from notable tier 1 VCs is seeking to recruit its first AI engineer. This company already has a seven-figure ARR and is close to announcing a large Series A.

About the Role:

You'll design and build a range of AI systems and technologies, including agent-based AI, voice automation, recommendation engines, and healthcare workflows. You will have the autonomy to make technical decisions, work with healthcare data, and impact patient outcomes.

If you enjoy taking ideas from prototype to production, have experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, voice tech, and want to scale a product from zero to one, this role is for you.

• Strong product-focused AI/ML engineering experience
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs and generative AI models
• Experience building voice agents (TTS, STT) is a plus

• Based in the UK or Europe, with the ability to travel to the US occasionally
