Job Description:

Senior AI Engineer | HealthTech | Remote UK/EU | £100-150k base + Equity

A seed-stage HealthTech start-up with backing from notable tier 1 VCs is seeking to recruit its first AI engineer. This company already has a seven-figure ARR and is close to announcing a large Series A.

About the Role:

You'll design and build a range of AI systems and technologies, including agent-based AI systems, voice automation, recommendation engines, and intelligent healthcare workflows. You will have the autonomy to make technical decisions, work hands-on with real-world healthcare data, and directly impact patient outcomes.

If you love taking ideas from prototype to production, have experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and voice tech, and want to help scale something from zero to one, this is the role for you.

• Strong product-focused AI/ML engineering experience
