Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior communications within financial or professional services.
• Experience supporting and delivering people initiatives across global organisations.
• Experience collaborating with technology teams and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the CTO and senior leadership to foster community and belonging across the team.
• Shape and deliver Enterprise Technology engagement plans that connect to key strategies.
• Represent Enterprise Technology and the CTO in communications forums.
• Organise forums including All Hands, Town Halls, and colleague exchanges.
• Create high quality, clear content for a range of key stakeholders.
• Lead programmes that support learning across the team and DEI initiatives.
• Engage with DEI forums across Technology aligning with the Engagement Lead.
• Develop talent and support wellbeing and psychological safety within the department.
• Contribute to culture change and support Technology and People Strategy.
