Job summary

Skin Analytics is seeking a Senior AI Enablement Engineer to transform how we build software, reporting to the VP of Technology. You will lead AI-driven automation and agentic workflows across engineering, product and operations to maximise value, speed, and quality.

You'll work hands-on with modern AI tools, design scalable AI-enabled processes, and set standards for AI usage across the software lifecycle, balancing innovation with regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern AI engineering tools.
• Ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on delivery of AI-enabled software.
• Understanding of AI governance, security and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across the organisation.
• Identify opportunities to automate software delivery processes using AI tooling.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows covering requirements, design, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment and support.
• Coach, mentor and train engineers in the practical use of AI tooling.
