Job summary

Zurich Nova in Warminster is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help define technical strategy and architectural direction. You will work with the Head of Nova to shape AI-enabled products and platforms, champion new ways of working and deliver value at speed.

We’re looking for a technical leader who enjoys building, learning and experimentation. You’ll mentor engineers, run workshops on AI tooling, collaborate with product and business stakeholders, and define what great engineering looks

Qualifications

Experience leading AI-enabled software projects
Strong architectural design and coaching skills
Ability to deliver high quality results quickly
Excellent communication and collaboration

Responsibilities

Define technical strategy and engineering standards with Head of Nova
Lead design, development and implementation of AI-enabled software solutions
Build scalable, secure platforms delivering meaningful business outcomes
Mentor engineers and raise technical standards across the organisation
Run workshops and coaching sessions on AI tooling and agentic workflows
Collaborate with product, business and technical stakeholders to solve complex challenges
