Job summary

JD.COM is seeking an experienced Financial AI Product Manager to design and optimize AI-powered financial solutions for enterprise users in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee the full product lifecycle, translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value financial tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related fields.
2+ years of product experience in financial AI, fintech or enterprise financial SaaS with mature product landing cases.
Proficient in full financial processes (accounting, expense management, reconciliation, risk control, audit).
Familiar with LLM and ML concepts and designing AI-driven financial solutions.
Strong cross-team communication, project management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Formulate product strategy and roadmaps by tracking fintech and financial AI trends.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering to launch and iteration.
Design AI-driven financial scenarios covering bookkeeping, reimbursement, reconciliation and reporting.
Prioritize requirements and collaborate with algorithm, development, test and business teams.
Monitor product usage, satisfaction and model performance to drive improvement.
Ensure compliance with financial industry norms and data security.
