Job summary

J.P. Morgan Personal Investing seeks an Applied AI Product Director to own the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap across AI-powered solutions, including LLMs, agentic systems, and rapid prototyping infrastructure.

You will lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and platform teams, translating AI capabilities into applied tools that deliver measurable results while navigating regulatory and governance realities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI/ML powered products, AI platforms, or developer tools.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical tools for non-technical users.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define Applied AI product strategy and roadmap across LLMs and AI assistants.
• Lead cross-functional teams to productionize AI solutions at scale.
• Prioritize AI use cases via measurable experiments with production pathways.
• Shape AI integration strategy and governance across functions.
• Develop self-serve AI enablement programs including guardrails and templates.
• Collaborate with data teams to surface AI-ready datasets and insights.
