Qualifications

• Experience delivering software projects end to end.
• Proficient in C#, Python or JavaScript.
• Hands-on with AI development tooling and coding assistants.
• Experience designing and implementing AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong process engineering and business analysis capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities
