Qualifications

• Expertise in Generative AI, ML and large language models (LLMs).
• Proficient in Python with production-grade code experience across the stack.
• Proven ability to move prototypes into production at scale.
• Experience managing technical priorities in Agile environments.
• Strong communication to translate AI concepts for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI deployments within the designated business division from discovery to rollout.
• Embed with stakeholders to translate domain needs into technical solutions and communicate progress to leadership.
• Architect and deploy AI applications powered by LLMs; write and review production-grade frontend and backend code.
• Co-develop and enhance the shared AI service platform with the central AI Lab, shaping product direction.
• Measure adoption and business impact; present outcomes and recommendations to leadership.
