The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a permanent, full-time Physiotherapist to join the Surgery Rehabilitation team at the Royal Devon & Exeter main site (Wonford). You will deliver therapeutic interventions and exercise programmes to postoperative patients, coordinating with families in discharge planning and falls prevention.

Post holders will assess and support functional recovery, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in acute and community settings.

Formación

• Qualified physiotherapist expected to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Delivery of therapeutic interventions and exercise programmes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions and exercise programmes.
• Liaise with patients and family/careers in discharge planning and falls prevention.
• Identify physical limitations and support early routine assessments and rehabilitation.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams across acute and community settings.
• Cover shifts across 7 days including weekends and bank holidays.
