As our Senior Agronomist, you’ll lead and inspire our agronomy team to deliver healthy, thriving crops. You’ll take ownership of our Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programme, address plant health issues, and monitor crop nutrition and fertigation closely. You’ll collaborate with growing teams to optimize conditions, ensuring every plant flourishes.

You’ll drive research and development, seek better practices, and push the boundaries of sustainable crop production. Your responsibilities will include managing audits, improving substrates, liaising with suppliers, and contributing to our innovative horticultural journey.

We seek someone technically skilled, curious, and committed to making a long-term impact—someone who enjoys leading, making confident decisions, and working with a team that cares about quality and the environment.
