Job Description:

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Agriculture, you will be an integral member of the function working closely with the wider Agriculture team. Leading and coaching a team of Agriculture Managers, you will ensure we maintain strong long-lasting relationships with our Growers and Industry Partners.

This is a critically strategic role within our business in promoting sugar beet as a crop of choice.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and coach your team to become more commercially astute and flexible
  • Role modelling how working with growers will identify opportunities to develop and deliver against commercial objectives
  • Actively contribute to the commercial strategy of Agriculture and the development of strategic plans
  • Participate in idea generation of commercial offerings to Sugar Beet Growers
  • Responsible for LimeX sales for you and your team to meet agreed targets

Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of wider Agricultural industry with the skills and ability to adapt your style
  • Leadership and management experience with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and perspective
  • You are open-minded, with the ability and willingness to embrace change
  • Someone who takes a solution-led approach to their work
  • You are an excellent relationship builder
  • You know how to use Microsoft’s suite of tools

  • And of course – a full UK Driving License is essential
