CLAAS U.K. Ltd. in Saxham is seeking a Senior Technical Instructor to lead the design, delivery and coordination of comprehensive technical training programs for agricultural machinery.

This role requires advanced technical knowledge, content management and a strategic approach to training and development. You will develop courses for face-to-face and virtual training, stay current with industry trends, and collaborate with product development and service teams while mentoring colleagues and

Formación

• Experience of working within the agricultural engineering industry or similar engineering background.
• Experience of training development and delivery.
• An understanding or interest in the agricultural industry is desirable to keep up to date on industry challenges.
• Specialism for one product group would be advantageous, ie; Tractors or Foragers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, delivery and coordination of comprehensive technical training programs for agricultural machinery.
• Develop training courses for face-to-face and virtual sessions and keep materials up to date.
• Engage with stakeholders and support continuous improvement across academy networks.
• Deliver training in a safe environment and mentor junior team members.
