• The Senior Delivery Manager will be responsible for delivering the programme, accountable for governance and reporting.
• Leading on resourcing, team management, team culture, and cadence, ensuring a research/service design/data analysis pipeline.
• Managing change in internal processes within the organization.

You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in agile methodologies.
• Preferably experience working with Housing services.
• Senior-level delivery management experience.
• Experience with local government, Housing Associations, or similar sectors.
• Experience managing complex, fast-paced, cross-functional programmes.
