Sage is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager I for a 12-month fixed term contract in the United Kingdom. Lead Agile delivery, collaborate with product managers, software engineers and analysts to ship high‑quality digital products.

You will design release strategies, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring teams and promoting lean practices. This role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and delivering value to researchers, educators, and institutions.

• Experience leading Agile or project delivery teams to successful outcomes.
• Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record implementing Scrum, Kanban or hybrid frameworks.
