Job summary

ClearRoute Limited is seeking a Senior Agentic Engineer to own end-to-end services for our internal AI assistant platform. You will shape vertical slices from agents and MCP tool servers to Terraform infrastructure on Azure and the React workbench for staff.

Qualifications

• Production-grade LLM applications with tool-calling agents and context management.
• Experience with TypeScript and React.
• Azure platform expertise and Terraform IaC.
• Ability to own complete services end-to-end.
• Experience monitoring agent behavior in production.
• LangGraph state graphs, checkpointing and persistence expertise.
• Experience with Azure AI Search and retrieval evaluation.
• Experience in regulated or critical-infrastructure environments.
• Full-stack ownership across frontend, backend and infra.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement agentic systems using LangGraph, managing state graphs, checkpointing, and tool-calling patterns.
• Design and deploy FastMCP servers that integrate with the platform.
• Own infrastructure-as-code using Terraform to manage Azure resources (App Service, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Managed Identity).
• Build and maintain the React workbench interface staff.
• Ensure production-quality LLM applications with robust context management and agent observability.
• Collaborate across the team to deliver features end-to-end—vertical slices, not layers.
• Mentor junior engineers on agentic patterns and production best practices.
