Job summary

CBSbutler Holdings Limited, trading as CBSbutler, seeks a Lead Agentic AI Architect to define architecture and delivery for next-gen AI solutions in a major enterprise programme. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across AI strategy, architecture and hands-on engineering to scale production systems.

Expect senior responsibility for Agentic AI platforms, LLMs, RAG, governance and cloud-native architectures within a regulated banking context, with a hybrid on-site pattern (3 days/week) in

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering, architecture or leadership.
• 8+ years delivering AI/ML platforms into production.
• Proven experience with enterprise-scale Agentic AI, LLM and Generative AI solutions.
• Experience in regulated environments such as banking or FS.
• Strong track record in leading large engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture for enterprise AI capabilities including Agentic AI platforms and copilots.
• Design multi-agent systems with reasoning, orchestration and tool integration.
• Lead production-grade LLM and RAG architectures and AI governance.
• Provide technical leadership across architects, engineers and data scientists.
• Shape AI strategy, roadmaps and transformation programmes.
