About the role

The B-Hive is an in-house creative agency bringing to life the creative needs of some of the most recognizable brands in the beauty industry including No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle, and Boots' own brands. We combine the capabilities of an external creative and production team with the speed, flexibility, and in-depth brand knowledge of an in-house setup, underpinned by years of experience dedicated to Boots and the No7 Beauty Company.

The Senior Agency Project Manager is the key connector between client managers, external agencies, and resource management teams on larger, more complex, and/or critical projects. They are responsible for managing and supporting the delivery of assets to brief owners or channels and also connect across agencies including media buying and production to ensure all deliverables are correctly defined, created, and land on time. They report directly to the Head of Agency Operations.

• Responsible for how the B-Hive manages larger, more complex, and/or critical projects (with the Head of Agency Operations); leads project management best practices on these key projects.
• Works with Senior client managers and production managers to build, own, and operate our agency project management processes and procedures, including managing APMs.
• Responsible for creating, owning, and running project plans for larger, more complex, and/or critical projects.
• Build project plans according to established processes, but adapt to specific client and timing needs.
• Negotiate resource time and commitments with the operations team according to client needs.
• Ensure projects run on schedule and deliverables land on time.
• Support client managers in project communications, with the ability to communicate directly with clients when needed.
• Involved more directly in checking and delivery of assets to clients and between agencies and media partners across multiple platforms, than a conventional project manager.
• Manage the work of Agency Project Managers.

What you’ll need to have:

• Senior project management experience or equivalent delivery experience in a creative agency or business.
• Experience working with media buying and planning teams is essential.
• Experience managing a production house or working in a production studio is a plus.
• Strong experience and understanding of digital asset management and delivery.
• Experience communicating with clients and resource negotiation.
• Strong ability to understand, map, and plan processes, turning them into robust project plans.
• Likely to hold a degree, or equivalent apprenticeship or experience in a creative, business, process, or similar field.
• Highly comfortable working in a fluid creative environment where plans change rapidly.
• Ability to bring teams and peers together around complex process planning, creating robust systems for all critical projects.
