Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Executive responsible for managing our affiliate platform. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, creativity, and an understanding of brand requirements. Working closely with the digital marketing team, you will develop and expand the affiliate program for Frasers Group.

The main purpose is to support the Affiliate & Partnerships Lead in daily channel management, ensuring KPIs are met, implementing new initiatives, analyzing performance data, and building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize affiliate accounts to meet KPIs
  • Assist in developing the overall affiliate strategy
  • Test and implement new features and technologies
  • Analyze performance data and prepare reports for senior leadership
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and external networks
  • Build and maintain relationships with publishers and network representatives
  • Work with management on strategic challenges
  • Create email newsletters for publishers
